Fault Analysis and Treatment of EAS Sump Line Isolation Valve

摘要: 核电厂安全壳喷淋系统地坑管线吸水隔离阀(EAS013/014VB)在现场单体调试试验中常出现阀门无法正常启闭故障。本文基于在线诊断及调试试验,对此阀门故障问题的原因进行逐一分析排查,确定了阀门故障原因为电装因素,并提出了详细的阀门改造方案。实际电厂的阀门改造结果表明,改造能降低阀门的采购及调试成本,减小阀门故障概率。

Abstract: The EAS sump line isolation valve EAS013/014 VB is often unable to open or close smoothly in the progress of commissioning tests on site. Based on online diagnoses and commissioning tests, this paper analyzes the possible reasons for the fault and finds out that the main reason is the electrical actuator. The valve modification scheme is proposed. The result of valve modification shows that the cost of valve purchase and commissioning can be reduced and the probability of valve failure can be reduced.-
