Study on Design Method of Polar Crane Brackets with Their Embedded Parts under Complex Loads in Reactor Containment

摘要: 基于EXCEL表格和ANSYS的壳单元模型对环吊牛腿进行优化设计;基于纤维模型,采用ABAQUS和MATLAB开发了能够模拟预埋件在轴力和弯矩共同作用下的全过程力学行为的预埋件设计计算程序。结果表明,该套设计方法可快速响应工程需要,节省人力投入和时间成本,大幅提高计算效率和准确性。Abstract: In this paper, the design of a polar crane bracket is optimized using EXCEL and ANSYS. Based on the so-called fiber model, ABAQUS and MATLAB were used to simulate the mechanical behavior of the embedded parts under the combined action of axial force and bending moment. This design method can quickly respond to engineering needs and save manpower and time costs, leading to a substantial increase in computing efficiency and accuracy.
