Study on Dynamic Corrosion Performance of Stainless Steel Used as Primary Pipe

  • The corrosion behavior of stainless steel used as primary pipes is simulated in the primary water media by dynamic corrosion test for 2000h,and the kinetic curve and corrosion rate of stainless steel were obtained.Compared with the corrosion rate of stainless steels made in France which is 3.70 mg/dm2.m,the corrosion rates of domestic materials are 3.88 mg/dm2.m in Yantai and 2.69 mg/dm2.m in Shanghai.The results show that the corrosion rate of domestic and foreign materials is comparable,and the domestic stainless steel is with good corrosion resistance.Besides,the oxide film of the stainless steel is analyzed by SEM and XRD.
