The reasons and potential risks of cable out-of-tolerance,which happened in CPR1000 DCS control room,are analyzed in this paper.And optimization of the civil structure,I/O list distribution,equipment structure and layout,cable character selection,and trunk cable design are also introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned solutions are analyzed.
