Design Improvement of CPR1000 Steam Generator Supports

摘要: 中国改进型压水堆1000 MW核电站(CPR1000)反应堆冷却剂系统的抗震设计基准为0.2 g,安全余量较小;提出一种蒸汽发生器上水平支承的设计改进结构,通过增设拉杆和连接支座,消除支承间隙,达到将反应堆冷却剂系统的抗震能力从0.2 g提高到0.3 g的目的,全面满足HAF102的相关要求。Abstract: The design basis of earthquake resistance for CPR1000 reactor coolant system is only 0.2g, and the design abundance is low. This paper described an improved steam generator support structure with adding sway struts and connecting clevis, and eliminating gaps among supports. The stress analysis indicates that this support structure can enhances the earthquake resistance of the system from 0.2g to 0.3g, and the requirements of HAF102 are completely met.
