Modification and Analysis of Engineering Hot Spot Factor of HFETR

摘要: 对1979年整理的高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)燃料元件工程因子进行修订,分析其对燃料元件最高壁温及反应堆安全的运行运行功率的影响。从分析结果可以看出,修订后的热管、热点工程因子所带来的附加温升减小,HFETR堆芯的安全允许运行功率可以提高,从而可以提高HFETR的经济性。

Abstract: This paper presents the modification and analysis of engineering hot spot factors of HFETR. The new factors are applied in the fuel temperature analysis and the estimated value of the safety allowable operating power of HFETR. The result shows the maximum cladding temperature of the fuel is lower when the new factor are in utilization, and the safety allowable operating power of HFETR if higher, thus providing the economical efficiency of HFETR.
