Research on Electromagnetic Characteristics of Pressure Vessel in CRDM using Finite Element Method

摘要: 采用有限元方法对控制棒驱动机构电机密封壳电磁特性进行研究,通过分析不同密封壳材料导磁性能、结构尺寸等因素下的电机输出转矩结果,研究各因素对电机电磁特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,有限元分析方法可较为准确地获取驱动机构电机密封壳的电磁特性,大幅减少设计时间,降低样机试验成本。Abstract: In this paper, the electric-magnet characteristics of the pressure vessel in CRDM drive motor is studied by the Finite Element Method. The influence law on the he electric-magnet characteristic is studied through analyzing the output torque of drive motor in different pressure vessel material or in different structure size. The result shows that the electric-magnet characteristic of the pressure vessel in CRDM drive motor can be acquired accurately by the Finite Element Method, which has advantages on reducing design time and physical prototype experiment cost.
