Improved Design of Shield Transfer Container for Cement Solidified Radioactive Waste

摘要: 屏蔽转运容器是放射性废物固化体吊装、转运必不可少的设备。在使用中,由于电磁吊具不居中、电缆与钢丝绳缠绕等原因常发生桶体倾斜无法吊出、电缆断裂等故障。针对这些故障,分别设计了电磁吊具对中、防缠绕和视频监视等装置,提高屏蔽转运容器的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract: The shield transfer container is one of the necessities in the hoisting and transportation of the radioactive solid waste. During the operation, because of the dislocation of electromagnetic sling or cable winded, failures often occur. To improve the safety and reliability, this paper designs the devices to centre the electromagnetic sling, and prevent the twisting, and video monitoring.
