Numerical Simulation of Control Rod Drop Sensibility under Different Flow Rates

摘要: 应用控制棒落棒计算程序CRAC对中国先进燃料组件在不同回路流量条件下的落棒敏感性进行计算模拟,并将计算结果同落棒试验中获得结果对比,两者符合较好。控制棒落棒总时间均随着流量的减小而减小;最大及最小落棒时间计算值与试验值非常接近;名义落棒计算值与试验值较为接近。Abstract: The CRAC program was adopted to simulate the control rod drop process in the Chinese advanced fuel assembly under different flow rates. The comparison of the calculation results with the test results showed good agreement. The total rod drop time decreases with the decreasing of the flow rate; the calculation values for the largest and smallest drop time are very close to the test values; and the nominal calculation curve is close to the experiment curve.
