Uncertainty Estimation of Measurement Result about Working Platinum-Rhodium10 and Platinum Thermocouple of Level Ⅱ

摘要: 用双极法对工作用Ⅱ级铂铑10-铂(S型)热电偶的测量结果的不确定度进行分析和评定。给出了测量结果置信概率为0.95的热电动势扩展不确定度及对应的温度范围。结果表明,工作用Ⅱ级铂铑10-铂热电偶测量结果的扩展不确定度对应的温度为0.6～1.9℃。Abstract: This paper analyzes and evaluates the uncertainty of measurement result of working Plati-num-Rhodium10 and Platinum thermocouple level Ⅱ by double pole method. It presents the thermo-voltage expanded uncertainty and corresponding temperature span of measurement result when confidence level p= 0.95. The estimation result shows that the temperature corresponding to the expanded uncertainty of the thermocouple is between 0.6℃ and 1.9℃.
