Abstract: The concept of Benchmark Management is that the practices of the best competitor are taken as benchmark, to analyze and study the distance between that competitor and the institute, and take efficient actions to catch up and even exceed the competitor. This paper analyzes and rebuilds all the process for quality assurance audit with the concept of Benchmark Management, based on the practices during many years of quality assurance audits, in order to improve the level and effect of quality assurance audit activities.
