Implementation of Benchmark Management in Quality Assurance Audit Activities

摘要: 基准管理就是向本行业最好的企业学习,以该企业的实践作为基准,了解自身与最优者的差距,分析其原因,针对原因制定并有效实施,最终赶上和超过它的一个持续渐进的学习、变革和创新过程。本文结合多年质保监查工作的实践,运用基准管理方法分析、重塑质保监查的各个流程,以期达到改进质保监查的水平和效果。Abstract: The concept of Benchmark Management is that the practices of the best competitor are taken as benchmark, to analyze and study the distance between that competitor and the institute, and take efficient actions to catch up and even exceed the competitor. This paper analyzes and rebuilds all the process for quality assurance audit with the concept of Benchmark Management, based on the practices during many years of quality assurance audits, in order to improve the level and effect of quality assurance audit activities.
