Management of Attractive Quality in Scientifi Research Institution

摘要: 以现代质量管理存在的不足为出发点,论述了通过质量经营发展魅力质量的内涵和必要性。同时,通过主动质量推进关系说明了发展魅力质量所必须开展的一些工作。最后,对科研单位发展魅力质量的方法给出了一些建议。Abstract: This paper is based on the analysis to the insufficiency of modern quality management as a starting point, proposes development connotation and significance of the attractive-quality by quality-management. And explains some work must be develop on the attract quality by the Advanced relations of go -ahead’s quality. Gives some suggestions of development the attract quality method to "R＆D" institution.
