摘要: 通过对设计过程能力的基本概念的理解,分析了设计过程能力的影响因素和各影响因素的组成内容,并尝试建立了设计过程能力的动态管理系统和设计过程能力的评价模型,从而分析影响核动力装置设计质量的主要原因和对策,明确了下一步工作的重点。Abstract: Based on the understanding of basic of Design Process Capability （DPC）, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the DPC and their constitutents, establishes the dynamic management system and assessment model for DPC, and thus analyzes the main origin and the countermeasures for design quality of nuclear power plant, to well defien the focus of futue work.
