Quality Management in Small-Scale Production

摘要: 小批量产品生产前的策划、生产中的工序控制一直是按照相关标准及中国核动力研究设计院质量管理体系文件的要求进行质量控制。简单介绍了几项小批量产品生产中的质量控制,并提出了一些值得关注的问题及建议。Abstract: The quality control for the planning before small-scale production and the process control during the production are conducted according the related standards and the documents in quality management system of NPIC.This paper briefly introduces the quality control for the small-scale production of several products, and proposes some issues interested and recommendations.
