Analysis of Specification on Quality Assurance for Special Nuclear Installations

摘要: 结合建立特殊核设施的设计和建造阶段质量保证体系的实践,对HAF003《核电厂质量保证安全规定》及ISO9000《质量管理体系要求》、《特殊核设施质量保证规定》(简称"规定")的基本内容进行了比较分析,指出了"规定"与HAF003《核电厂质量保证安全规定》、ISO9001《质量管理体系要求》的主要的共同点、不同点,以及特殊核设施质量保证规定的特点,并对特殊核设施质量管理提出了建议。Abstract: This paper comparatively analyzes the Specification on Quality Assurance for Special Nuclear Installations （briefly the Specification）, making reference to HAF003 Safety Specification on Quality Assurance for Nuclear Power Plant and ISO9000. Commons and difference among the Specification, HAF003 and ISO9001, and the unique features of the Specification are presented, and the recommendation for the quality management for special nuclear installations is proposed.
