Discussion on Training Mode of Quality Management System

摘要: 枯燥的培训形式将直接影响培训的效果。因此,每次质量培训前,培训组织部门需要对培训的安排、培训目的和教材,培训的方式,以及培训效果的考核及跟踪评价进行策划。培训中采取针对性的培训,员工培训与年度考核挂钩,提高员工培训的积极性,可以显著提高质量培训效果。Abstract: Training effect would be directly influenced by boring training mode. Therefore, before each quality training, the organizer should have a carefully plan on training arrangement, training target, teaching material and evaluation of training effect. The training shall be with well-defined target, and be related with the annual performance evaluation, thus to improve the training work and effect.
