Abstract

Abstract

In order to ensure the safety of reactor,CARR（China Advanced Research Reactor）set up the Mitigation system for Anticipate Transient Without Scram（ATWS）besides reactor protection system（RPS）. The paper introduced the function,components and technology characteristics of CARR ATWS system.The system adopted digital technology,and the experimentation has testified its reliability for the need of CARR.
