Abstract

China Advanced Research Reactor（CARR）is a new multi-purpose research reactor with high performance.The calculation of nuclear specialties of control rods is one of the most important and difficult parts.Monte Carlo method is used in this paper,and all the results have been adopted in machine design and manufacture of control rods.
