  • This paper presents the function and component of the emergency power supply system for China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR),1E class battery set,determination of THE rated power of UPS, aging test and seismic test of 1E class switchboard.The emergency power supply system is one of the guarantees of safe operation of CARR.It can operate continuously for 2 hours to maintain the normal operation of the emergency core cooling system when the out-site power supply is lost.
