The journal employs a double-blind peer review mechanism, whereby the author is unaware of the reviewer's identity, and the reviewer is equally unaware of the author's identity.  The specific article processing flow is as follows:

1. Preliminary review: Upon receiving the author's submission, the editorial office conducts a preliminary review, including checks for academic misconduct and a comprehensive review, to determine whether the article will be accepted for further consideration.  After the preliminary review, the author will receive an "Acceptance Notification" or "Letter of Rejection" promptly via email.

2. External review: Experts appointed by the editorial office conduct a specialized review of the content of the submitted article.

3. Feedback on review comments: After the review is completed, the editorial office informs the author of the article's status based on the reviewers' comments, including whether it is accepted for publication, requires revisions, or is rejected.

4. Author revisions: The author revises the article based on the reviewers' comments and submits it along with a revision statement.

5. Final review: After the author submits the revised article, the editorial office will evaluate it to determine whether it will be accepted or sent for re-review by the reviewers. If re-review is necessary, steps 2-4 will be repeated. Articles proposed for acceptance will be sent to the editor-in-chief for final review, and those that pass this final review will be accepted for publication.

6. Publication: The accepted papers go through processes such as editing, typesetting and proofreading, culminating in its publication online and in print.
