Uncertainty Estimation of Measurement Result about Working Platinum-Rhodium10 and Platinum Thermocouple of Level Ⅱ

  • This paper analyzes and evaluates the uncertainty of measurement result of working Plati-num-Rhodium10 and Platinum thermocouple level Ⅱ by double pole method. It presents the thermo-voltage expanded uncertainty and corresponding temperature span of measurement result when confidence level p= 0.95. The estimation result shows that the temperature corresponding to the expanded uncertainty of the thermocouple is between 0.6℃ and 1.9℃.
