    Abstract
  • The signification and application of PDCA （Plan, Do, Check, Act） in scientific research project management （SRPM） are discussed. Based on the characteristics of research activities and staff, practical methods of PDCA in SRPM are put forward. The four principles of SRPM are also analyzed, i.e., focusing on cognition, attaching importance to expert, sparkpluging academic freedom, and sticking to fact.
