Procurement Management in Scientific Research and Production Project

To meet the requirement of development trend of scientific research and production, it is necessary to incorperate the modern procurement management theory in the whole procurement process for the items used in scientific research and production.This paper provided some suggestions to improve the procurement management by introducing the experiences in the application of the modern procurement management methods in the procurement of parts production.
